A cross-sectional descriptive study conducted in Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa Province with the aim to describe the current situation of dengue vector, case, and virus surveillance activities. Data were retrospectively collected from surveillance reports from January 2021 to December 2023 and interviews with health workers in charge of DHF prevention and control activities from January to July 2024. The results showed that Dengue surveillance activities are implemented synchronously according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health, with close coordination between departments and timely updates via software. However, surveillance activities still encounter some difficulties such as some people not cooperating actively, difficult to approach patients, lack of complete information or incorrect information, leading to recording of epidemics in the community, causing difficulties in epidemic prevention. It is necessary to further improve the working skills of medical staff, at the same time promote measures to propagate and mobilize people about dengue surveillance and prevention
