Abstract

Apply with WHO regulations, annual stability of measles vaccine, measles-rubella vaccine has been conducted since 2015 on the first production batches of each vaccine of the year produced by POLYVAC for the purpose of evaluate the annual stability of vaccines quality and production processes of POLYVAC. The potency; residual moisture; description and pH tests were performed on MVVAC and MRVAC vaccine which was stored at 2 - 8 0C.  Data were collected and evaluated at year 0, year 1 and year 2 from the date of manufacture. The results were within the standard range at all tests and time points.
