The rate of appropriate antibiotic selection after having antibiotic results before implementing the program, in 2017 was 71.6%. After the program, in 2019 it was 80.2%, this rate increased signifcantly (p < 0.05). The reasonable rate of using antibiotics before implementing the program, in 2017, was 68.4%. after the program, in 2019 it was 74.4%, this rate did not increase signifcantly (p > 0.05).
