The COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in early 2020 and lasted for more than 2 years has caused disruptions in many countries around the global, including vaccination activities for children. To determine the full vaccination rate in children 1 - 2 years old in Hanoi during the period affected by the COVID-19 pandemic from March 2020 to February 2022, a crosssectional study was conducted on total of 656 vaccination records of children 12 - 35 months living in 4 districts (Ba Vi, Hoai Duc, Hoan Kiem, Dong Da) as a representative sample for Hanoi, and interviews were also conducted 656 mothers/main caregivers of these children. Select random samples by cluster, stratified without weight. The results showed that the rate of full vaccination of 8 types of vaccines for 1-year-old children was 92.4%, and full booster vaccination for 2-year-old children was 76.6%. The two vaccines that did not achieve the target of the Immunization Program in Hanoi were Measles 1 (94.2%) and Measles 2 (86.9%). The rate of full vaccination in suburban districts is higher than in urban districts. It is necessary to enforce additional vaccination for groups of children who have not been fully vaccinated, giving priority to urban districts and Measles antigens with higher rates of incomplete vaccination.
