The situation of classroom hygiene at Phung Chau Secondary school, in Chuong My district, Ha Noi in 2019

A cross - sectional descriptive study was conducted of the situation of classroom hygiene at Phung Chau Secondary School, Chuong My district, Hanoi in 2019. The results showed that classroom hygiene conditions at Phung Chau Secondary School, Chuong My district, Hanoi met most of the regulatory conditions, but there were still some criteria no meet standard. 100% of classrooms met the standard in terms of average area per student and writing board; the coefficient of natural illumination of the classroom meeting the requirements archived 88.2%. However, the proportions of classrooms with student desks - chairs and artificial lighting illuminace no met standard were still relatively high, which accounted for 41.8 and 23.5% respectively, only 29.4% of classrooms used standard desk - chair types. It is necessary to increase investment improving the condition of classroom hygiene, especially paying attention to equipping standard deskschairs and artificial light for students.
