A cross-sectional study was conducted on 120 postpartum women at Gia Lam General Hospital from February to September 2024 to evaluate postpartum care outcomes and identify related factors. The results showed that 84.2% of the women had good postpartum care results. Factors associated with good care outcomes include: women aged 30 and above had 10.57 times more good postpartum care outcomes than those under 30 (OR = 10.57; 95% CI: 2.32 – 18.21), women with an education level of high school or higher had 3.86 times more good postpartum care outcomes than those with less than a high school education (OR = 3.86; 95% CI: 1.34 – 11.10), women with two or more pregnancies had 4.56 times more good postpartum care outcomes than those with less than two pregnancies (OR = 4.56; 95% CI: 3.81 – 31.3), and women using contraceptive methods have 4.78 times more good postpartum care outcomes compared to those who did not use any contraceptive methods (OR = 4.78; 95% CI: 1.33 – 17.20).
