Abstract

Satisfaction of patients is the key to the existence and development of a healthcare facility. This study was conducted to determine the factors affecting the satisfaction of outpatients at facility 182 Luong The Vinh General Clinic - Vietnam National University, Hanoi. The cross - sectional study was conducted on 400 outpatients at the above location from January  2021 to July 2021. The results indicated that 80.8% of outpatients were satisfied when they came to the facility 182 Luong The Vinh General Clinic - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, with the satisfaction rate regarding attitude and performance of medical staff, service provision, information clarity, accessibility, and the infrastructure was 87.3%, 85%, 82%, 78%, and 75.3%, respectively. Factors affecting such as age, educational level, and using health insurance impacted patients’ satisfaction.
