Abstract

A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted from December 2019 to June 2020 in 7 communes of Binh Lieu district, Quang Ninh province to assess the situation on the full immunization coverage and right schedule and factors related to full immunization. The intended study subjects were 210 children 12-23 months old together with mothers. The results demonstrated that full immunization coverage was 85.7%, the full immunization coverage and on schedule was 4.3%. Factor associated to Full immunization coverage is the number of information sources mothers received to send their children to vaccination in multivariate analysis. It is necessary to simultaneously use various forms of communication on sending
children to vaccination to mothers in order to increase the full immunization coverage and on schedule.
