The status of treatment management among hypertension outpatients at Nam Sach Medical Center, Hai Duong province in 2018 - 2019

A cross-sectional study was performed to
describe the current situation of treatment management among hypertension outpatients at Nam Sach medical center, Hai Duong province in 2018 - 2019. The results showed that 62.9% of patients complied with general treatment; 50.6% of treated patients achieved the target
blood pressure. The proportion of patients
with good treatment management was 45.5%. The proportion of patients with complicated hypertension was 39.8%. The data collected on 510 hypertension patients who were treated in Nam Sach hospital, time from October 2018 to
September 2019. The results showed that the proportion of hypertensive outpatients at Nam Sach Medical Center well managed and treated was low.
