Abstract

In the context of the market economy with competition as the foundation, the satisfaction of students plays a crucial role, being a key determinant of competitive capability, and enhancing the position and reputation of the hospital. The aim of this study is to investigate the satisfaction of trainees in flexible endoscopy for the diagnosis and early intervention of gastrointestinal cancer regarding the continuous training service quality of Hospital K and related factors. A cross - sectional study was conducted on 60 trainees. The toolkit includes a scale measuring student satisfaction with the quality of training services and student characteristics. The research results indicate that 85,0% of students are very satisfied with the teaching methods; among them, the average scores for discussion and feedback content, clinical theory, clinical application, and overall satisfaction are equivalent to 4.25 – 4.72; 4.38 – 4.67; 4.31 – 4.67; 4.43. The range of student satisfaction with the quality of training services falls between 4.12 and 4.62. Conclusion: Lecturers need to guide the content and learning methods for students before the course takes place.
