Reproductive technology has become ubiquitous. Legal considerations regarding assisted reproductive technology are becoming increasingly important. The legal issues of sperm donation have been widely discussed in the literature. The legal provisions for sperm donation apply from various governmental and non-governmental agencies. The application of sperm donation requires ethical considerations. Legal issues affecting sperm donation. For any donor consider the birth limit, semen screening, testing for morbidity factors, age requirements, anonymity or non-anonymity, payment or nonpayment, to donors. In Vietnam, a policy of anonymity and no payment of donors should be maintained. The number of children born should be reassessed and the maximum age of the donor should be limited.
