The survey of learner’s satisfaction to training services in Thai Nguyen University of Medicine - Pharmacy

To describe the satisfaction of learners with the training services of Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy, by descriptive research method and cross-sectional research design, we have conducted a survey on the satisfaction of learners about training services at Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy in order to describe the satisfaction of undergraduate (n = 453) and graduated students (n = 75). With the training service of Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy with the results achieved 74.5% of the student satisfaction level with the general service of the school (46.8% satisfed và 27.7% very satisfed); 70.2% of subjects were satisfed with the student’s response to expectations (45.8% for good response and 24.4% for very good response). The student’s trust with the school is assessed through 3 contents: re-selecting the school (69.3%), planning to participate in other courses at the school in the future (67.8%); ability to introduce the University to people when given the opportunity (73.3%). The satisfaction of learners with the training services of Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy is quite high, but there are still a few students who are not satisfed, but the University needs to fnd out the needs of learner to have policies that care for each learner and improve service quality.
