In this study, 736 households were chosen from 3 provinces: Khanh Hoa, Da Nang, Thua Thien Hue, from January to March 2021. Using the questionnaire within Decision No. 2203/QD-BCDQG dated May 27, 2020 of the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control to assess the risk of COVID-19 infection in households. As a result, 58.4% of households were assessed as low risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection; 38.1% were risk and 3.5% were at high risk of infection. In our study, there were 48.5% of subjects unaccomplished medical declarations. Among food and beverage serving business households: 31.3% of households did not arrange handwashing points with enough soap for customers, 51.0% of households did not carry out medical declaration and health monitoring. In order to improve the effectiveness of epidemic prevention and
control in the community, especially in the food service business, it is necessary to advise people to declare electronic medical records. In which, unify a unique and official app for medical management and declaration is necessary and completely feasible. Moreover, It is recommended and necessary to have sanctions, combined with surveillance and supervision of food service business households to comply with epidemic prevention measures.
