The recovery status of patients within 24 hours following laparoscopic surgery for tubal ectopic pregnancy is an important measure of early postoperative health. This study aimed to describe the recovery status of patients after laparoscopic surgery for tubal ectopic pregnancy within 24 hours at the Central Obstetrics Hospital in 2024. A prospective descriptive study was conducted on 150 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery for tubal ectopic pregnancy between July and August 2024. The postoperative recovery was assessed using the QoR-15 scale. Results showed that the average age of patients was 32.4 years. Most patients (92.0%) reported good recovery, with significant improvements in both physical and mental health. However, postoperative pain remained considerable, with an average pain score of 19.03, indicating the need for more effective pain management strategies. Nearly 50% of the patients had no children or only one child, highlighting a high reproductive demand. Early counseling and close monitoring in subsequent pregnancies are necessary to reduce the risk of recurrent ectopic pregnancy. Medical treatment, postoperative care, and psychological support are vital in enhancing patient recovery quality.
