Abstract

A cross - sectional study was aimed at assessing the situation of two doses vaccination of measles for children under 2 years old in Dong Anh district, Hanoi in 2019. The results showed that the rate of children receiving at least one measles vaccine 95.2% and only 58.1% of children received 2 doses of measles vaccine when they were under 2 years old. The percentage of caregivers with knowledge of measles was 53.1% and the rate of people having knowledge about measles vaccination for children was 56.3%. The proportion of caregivers with general knowledge about measles and measles vaccination accounts
was 58.2%. More in-depth studies should be conducted about measles and related factors in Dong Anh district in the near future.
