The burden of renal disease has the lowest score of 29.55 ± 26.79 points. The quality of life of patients is 39.08 ± 6.98 points, and 79.6% of patients have poor quality of life. Physical health score is 33.71 ± 8.27 points. Mental health score is 37.44 ± 9.15 points. Nurses need to have a care plan to improve the physical and mental health of the patient.
