This study has reviewed research on the ECHO model and its applications to the continuous medical trainingto leverage knowledge from specialists to primary healthcare providers in different regions. Therefore, we conducted this study with the aim of describing the effect of the ECHO model on continuing medical training according to Moore's assessment method. Besides, the assessment on the outcomes of ECHO model following Moore method is provided that enables stakeholders to deploy ECHO model in accordance with the socio-cultural-economic context of each country.
