Astrazeneca COVID-19 Vaccine Response Study at the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynaecology". This study aims to describe adverse events after astrazeneca vaccination against COVID-19 at national hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology. A longitudinal descriptive survey design. Immediately after injection and on-site follow-up for 30 minutes, more than 92% of vaccine recipients had no post-injection reactions. 7.6% of injectors responded 30 minutes af-ter injection on first injection and 2.4% on second injection. The rate of reactions requiring resus-citation intervention accounted for 1.3% dose 1 and 0,9% dose 2. Dose 2 is 9%, no fatalities. Postinjection reactions at home are usually mild, such as burning pain at the injection site, numbness in the mouth, fever, chills, or headache. These signs resolve themselves within 24 to 72 hours after the injection; people who receive the injection do not need treatment or simply use painkill-ers and fever reducers at home. AstraZeneca vaccine is safe in vaccination practice, some postinjection reactions have been reported, but there are no cases of death or sequelae.
