A analytical cross - sectional study, with multiple - samplings, was conducted from Jan 2021 to May 2021 on 1.004 workers at the factory Poyun (Chi Linh, Hai Duong) and several COVID-19 treatment facilities in Hai Duong, to determine prevalence of and factors associated with anti - body IgG against SARSCoV-2. We used ELISA method to examine the antibody IgG against SARS-CoV-2 in blood samples. A total of 109 (10,9%) samples
were IgG-positive. Associated factors included married personnel or living with other people (OR = 1.7; 95%CI: 1.1 - 2.8), fre-quent contacting with peers (OR = 1.9; 95%CI: 1.2 - 3.05), using shuttle buses (OR = 2.3; 95%CI: 1.3 - 4.4) and having symptoms: fever (OR = 4.3; 95%CI 1.3 - 14.2), muscle-joint pain (OR = 3.6; 95%CI: 1.26 - 10.3), cough (OR = 2.45; 95%CI 1.14 - 5.23) and loss of sense of smell or taste (OR = 22.65; 95%CI: 5.0 - 98.7). In conclusion, a high prevalence of IgG-positive was detected among study subjects and some associated factors can be modified to reduce the risk of transmission.
