All the steps of a procedure for SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) vaccine using baculovirus platform production have been researched in order to find optimal conditions with consistent parameters for best quality products. Several pivotal research has been done for finding a suitable production procedure such as research for conducted to find the most suitable production process such as Sf9 insect cell culture on shaker flask, roller bottles, and bioreactor to determine the initial cell seeding 0.4-0.8 x106 cells/ml, culture temperature 270C, 100rpm, 50% DO are the most optimal conditions for cell growth.protein SAt Multiplicity of infection ( MOI) of 0.01 Pfu/ml, Baculovirus containing the protein S antigen of SARS-CoV-2 was harvested at 72-96h after infection for the antigen expression efficiency. Our purification process has removed 76% of protein impurities from the culture process and the S antigen protein recovery efficiency is 90% after purification. The results from those changes will be the basics for the establishment of most consistent and optimal vaccine production procedure in the Company for Vaccine and Biological production No.1 (VABIOTECH).
