Patients' satisfaction with medical examination and treatment services at Ha Dong General Hospital in 2022

This study aims to assess customer satisfaction with outpatient medical examination treatment services at Ha Dong General Hospital. A cross-sectional study was conducted on 630 patients and patients who came for examination and treatment to the ear disease department of Ha Dong General Hospital in 2022. The rate of eye disease is satisfied, accounting for 71.95%. The rate of dissatisfaction is only 0.67% and 78.46% of patients who come to see the Doctor will return or recommend it to others. The survey results show that a small number of
patients are satisfied with the treatment. Pellets is quite high. The task of ensuring the patients’s health is coordinated with the Hospital and the Hospital to respond to the patients’s condition when coming for medical examination at Ha Dong General Hospital . Hospital should continue to improve professional capacity, physical facilities, medical equymant and communication attitudes to further improve patient satisfaction.
