Abstract

Ectopic pregnancy (EP) is a potentially fatal emergency that occures on 2% natural birth in developing countries. If it is not diagnosed and intervened in time it could affect the reproductive health as well as women’s overall health condition. The rate of recurrent ectopic is about 10 - 27%. Therefore, fndings from research on clinical, paraclinical features and risk factors for recurrent etopic pregnancy become signifcants in detecting and providing treatment for ectopic pregnancy cases, especially for those having recurrent cases. This cross sectional study aims at describing some clinical , paraclinical features
and denoting some risk factors of recurrent ectopic pregnancy at the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology (NHOG) from August 2018 to April 2019.With 189 health report cases, the study shows that there were no signifcant difference in comparing clinical and paraclinical in recurrent or single ectopic pregnancy. The rirk factors for recurrent ectopic pregnacy include pregnancy at a later age, a history of pelvic surgery, and infertility treament (especially intervention on uterin tube).
