Abstract

This study aims to determine the stabilization of medium for production and control of meales vaccine, rubella vaccine and meales - rubella combination vaccine in Polyvac. Lactabumin hydrolysate medium (LH), Soybean casein digest broth (SCD), medium M199 with Earle’s salts without phenol red, medium M199 with Earle’s salts with phenol red and vaccine preservation medium were carry out. Each kind of medium is sequential produced 3 batches to study the stabilization, proceed samples and store at 2 ÷ 8oC condition. Sterility test, pH measurement and growth performance of some specificity cells tests were checked at the storage point times of 0 months, 12 months, 15 months and 18 months. The results showed that all the studied media at all the time storage are of standard quality. Research results have been applied for routine production and control of meales vaccine, rubella vaccine and mealesrubella combination vaccine in Polyvac.
