The proportion of CHS implementing management and treatment of hypertension increased from 16.3% to 97.2%. The proportion of hypertensive patients managed and treated at CHS increased from 0.7% to 18.9% and the rate of reaching the treatment goal increased from 48.7% to 55.2%.
