The results showed that majority of the older adults had health information from television (84.2%), radio (59.7%), and from commune health workers (55.4%). Topics which the older adults obtained from the above sources were noncommunicalbe disease prevention (61%), healthy eating (60.0%), and skeletal-musclejoint diseases (58.1%). The older adults in Hanoi want to learn knowledge on skeletal-musclejoint diseases (56.9%), healthy eating (55.0%), non-communicalbe disease prevention (53.1%) and sleep disorders (34.0%). Those topics need to be integrated in health education, and health promotion activities for older adults in Hanoi in the future.
