Knowledge and practice of street- food businessman on safety food in some districts of Ha Giang province in 2019

The study was conducted by descriptive method, cross-sectional design on 252 street - food in 3 districts (Quan Ba, Dong Van, Meo Vac) of Ha Giang province in 2019 to describe knowledge and practice on safety food of street - food businessman in some districts of Ha Giang province. Results showed that: The rate of people had the knowledge and practice good general safety food high proportion (65.9% and 73.8%), the rate of poor knowledge was 34.1%, the common practice was not good with 26.2%. There was a relationship between good general knowledge and good general practice of food safety and hygiene, OR = 1.5 (CI: 1.1 - 2.7), p < 0.05.
