Respiratory functions of tilesmanufacturing workers in Binh Dinh in 2018

This study aims to describe the respiratory function characteristics of workers directly producing paving stone at 380 factory, Phu Tai Construction Joint Stock Company, Binh Dinh, 2018. The cross-sectional research data was conducted on all 319 employees directly producing paving stones at factory 380, Phu Tai Construction Joint Stock Company, Binh Dinh, which was measured respiration function by HI-801 meter. The results show that there is a difference in the circulation ratio or not of silicosis among different age groups, this difference is statistically signifcant with p <0.05. Among them the age group> 45 has the highest rate of silicosis (accounting for 31.17%), and the rate of workers suffering from silicosis is 24.14%. Workers with respiratory dysfunction account for 38.87% , 36.36% ofwhich have limited ventilation disorders . The average indicators of % FEV1,% FVC and FEV1 / FVC values were not different between the silicosis and non-silicosis.
