Overview of Scientific and technological information management model

Abstract

Literature reviews were conducted through academic databases such as PubMed and Google Scholar. Documents include scientific articles, conference reports, and specialized scientific research information management books. The main keywords include RM, RIMS, CRIS, IR , and RIM.” A total of 30 papers were selected for analysis. Popular scientific research information management systems include CRIS and IR. CRIS collects and validates a unit’s research capabilities, while IR focuses on storing and accessing research results. Countries such as Norway, the Philippines, and India have successfully deployed these systems, bringing many benefits. Scientific research information management models worldwide have achieved many achievements, from traditional models such as DBMS to modern models such as RIMS and RDMS. Vietnam needs to consider applying the above models in scientific research information management, thereby enhancing the exchange and sharing of scientific information.
