Lower genital tract infection and related factors married women aged 18 - 49 years in Quang Binh province in 2021

The goal of the study is to determine the current status of lower genital tract infections and learn some factors related to lower genital tract infections in married women aged 18-49 in Quang Binh province. This was a crosssectional descriptive study conducted on 800 married women in Quang Binh province from January to March 2021. The study results showed that the rate of lower genital tract infections accounted for 60.1% and there was no relationship between the rate of lower genital tract infections and demographic characteristics such as age group, occupation, education level and abortion status. The screening results of our study showed a high level of lower genital tract infection that is worthy of concern. Therefore, genital tract infections are a public health issue worthy of concern and timely intervention to reduce the negative effects of the disease on the health of women and future races.
