Abstract

The objective of the study is to describe the current status of knowledge, attitudes and practices about Tuberculosis of TB
patients at Thai Nguyen Tuberculosis and Lung Disease hospital 2020. Cross-sectional, descriptive study on 401 TB inpatients treated at Thai Nguyen Tuberculosis and Lung Disease Hospital from January to July 2020. Research results showed that the proportion of patients with good TB disease knowledge, attitudes and practices was not high 68.9%. Therefore, there is a need to strengthen counseling, communication and health education about TB for patients in order to effectively prevent infection and improve treatment coordination.
