Research to evaluate mothers’ knowledge and practice about vaccination to find out factors related to incorrect knowledge and incorrect practice of mothers with children aged 12 - 24 months in Cho Moi district, An Giang province in 2021. Descriptive cross-sectional study of 330 mothers with has children aged 12 - 24 months, with has permanent residence in Cho Moi district, An Giang province in 2021. The results showed that 63.6% of mothers had correct knowledge and 82.1% of mothers practiced correctly. Mothers’ knowledge and practices will positively or negatively affect children’s vaccination issues. Mothers’ incorrect vaccination practices are related to their occupation, education level, and knowledge about vaccination. It is necessary to strengthen the communication network to mothers on vaccination issues, especially focusing on mothers who are manual workers and have low education levels. Communication content should focus on adverse reactions after vaccination and knowledge about handling post-vaccination signs. Mobilize legal vaccination sources to support vaccination program collaborators so they can mobilize mothers to get their children vaccinated.
