The objective of this study is to describe the results and some related factors of myringoplasty with tragal perichondrium graft. The case series study of 51 patients with chronic otitis media who underwent endoscopic myringoplasties with tragal perichondrium graft at Thai Binh Medical University Hospital from 2017 to 2022. The result was that the rate of tympanic membrane closure was 96.1% and the rate of good hearing improvement was 82.4%, 6 months after surgery. Age, gender, location and size of perforation, and myringosclerosis did not have a statistically significant effect on hearing improvement after surgery. Findings show that myringoplasty with tragal perichondrium graft had good results in terms of anatomical and hearing recovery. The factors studied were not statistically significant determining factors for surgical outcome.
