The long-term physical and mental sequelae of COVID-19 have been a growing public health concern. We conducted comprehensive, discernible health consequences and sequelae among COVID-19 survivors in Binh Dương province. The descriptive cross-sectional research was conducted with 451 COVID-19 survivors in Binh Duong province from February to May 2022. The results show that 97.1% of COVID-19 survivors reported at least one symptom. The most common sequelae among COVID-19 survivors such as attention disorder (63.7%), fatigue (58.5%), memory loss (57.2%), sleep disturbance (53.7%), shortness of breath (53.4%), cough (50.3%). The linear regression model showed that the factors that reduce the risk of the occurrence of COVID-19 include: recovery time (β = -0.100, p = 0.026), and number of shots of COVID-19 vaccine injected (β = -0.089, p = 0.036). Meanwhile, the number of symptoms at infection (β = 0.412, p < 0.001), and duration of treatment (β = 0.112, p = 0.012) were positively correlated with the appearance of post-COVID-19 symptoms. In conclusion, post-COVID-19 symptoms are common among people who have been infected with COVID-19. Supporting and treating post-COVID-19 related issues for COVID-19 survivors should be of more concern.
