Abstract

The objective of the study is to describe the patient satisfaction with medical services at the On-Demand Treatment Department of the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2021. A cross - sectional descriptive study was conducted on 200 inpatients at the OnDemand Treatment Department, from March to June 2021. The study results showed that the satisfaction rate overall patient satisfaction were 76.5%; The group of solutions that need to be prioritized for implementation were the additional procurement of old and broken equipment; solutions for process optimization, fully building components of the operation plan at the department and building a patient satisfaction assessment system at an appropriate time.
