Pulmonary TB is difficult to diagnosis if not detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum. If these cases are not detected and treated, the tuberculosis continues spreading within a community. This study aims at describing some clinical and subclinical characteristics of pulmonary TB diagnosed by using the flexible bronchoscopy to take samples for finding out the MTB at Hai Phong Lung Hospital in 2020. We used a prospective cross - sectional study to collect general information, clinical and subclinical symptoms of 75 pulmonary TB patients without detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum by smear and genexpert. All of patients were diagnosied by finding out the MTB in the bronchial fluid by flexible bronchoscopy. The results showed that the time of diagnosis before 2 months accounting for 76%. Clinical symptoms were not aggressive. X-ray lesion level was common mild. Kind of lesions were mainly infiltrate and nodule. The bronchoscopy images were mainly mucus inflammation, congestive inflammation, stricture, purulent inflammation. Research suggests that bronchoscopy should be used in detecting the pulmonary tuberculosis without MTB in sputum.
