In accordance with current law, labor facility must perform the MWE at least once a year. In order to describe the current working environment of labor facilities in Vietnam for 3 years (2016-2018), the research team collected and analyzed monitoring data at labor facilities in 63 provinces /cities from the annual occupational health reporting data. The research results showed that in 3 years (2016- 2018), an average of 20% of organizations make records of occupational sanitation every year to identify and assess risk factors in the workplace. Meanwhile, 5,867 workplaces conducted labor environment monitoring with a total of 839,808 samples monitored. The number of samples not meeting the permissible standards was 62,796, accounting for 7.5%. The sample rate did not reach the highest level in 2016 (8.3%) and decreased in the following 2 years (6.4% and 7.9%). The percentage of samples observed for light elements that don’t meet standard quality which are highest compared to other harmful factors assessed.
