Abstract

A cross-sectional study was conducted on 261 inpatients treating at osteopathy and outpatient treatment department in Viet Duc hospital in 2020 aims to describe satisfaction and some related factors of inpatients. The results show that patients’ satisfaction is the highest rate (97.7%). General satisfaction in the study is 96.2%. The most satisfying content is “the results of the service provider” with 97.7%. The results also show that group of patient who went to treat in the department for two or more times was more likely to be dissatisfed with the behaviour and capacity of some healthcare staff 9.83 times higher than the group coming to treat at department once (OR=9.83; 95%CI: 2.04 – 47.35, p < 0.05)
