The controlled double blind community intervention study was conducted from June 2017 to December 2017, with the aim of
evaluating the effectiveness of Mg-B6 to hearing impairment interventions in armored armies. The intervention group consisted of 100 people taking orally Mg-B6 2g twice a day, and the control group using placebo. The results show that after intervention, tinnitus symptoms, hearing loss, headache signifcantly decreased in the intervention group compared to the control group with p <0.05. The incidence of hearing loss in the intervention group was 4% compared to the control group
in 26%. The intervention group using Mg-B6 decreased 85% risk of hearing loss compared to the palcebo group with the RR = 0.15 (95%
CI: 0.06-0.42). Prophylaxis of hearing loss with
Mg-B6 is a simple, safe and effective measure.
