The method of this study is a cross-sectional description of 106 cervical cancer in situ diagnosed by histopathological results before treatment from January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2020. The research results show that 70.8% were asymptomatic or symptomatic no clear. When combining 3 tests: cytology, HPV test and colposcopy, the abnormal detection rate in the study group was 100%. The rate of patients who did not progress after treatment when the end of the study was 83.3%. Therefore, most cervical cancer on-site has no specific symptoms. Detection is mainly based on testing. When combining 3 tests: colposcopy, cytology and HPV test, the abnormal detection rate is very high. When cervical cancer is detected at the first stage (in site) so the successful treatment rate is very high (83.3%).
