Abortion situation among teenagers at the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2022

The study is to describe the status and results of abortion in teenagers. This retrospective study was researched on all teenager’s abortion medical charts at the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2022. We recorded 51 teenagers out of 4717 abortion cases (1.08%), 47.1% second trimester. All
patients in the first trimester chose manual vacuum abortion under ultrasound. The cases in the second trimester used the medical abortion method, with 62.5% of cases of uterine control after miscarriage. There were not any cases of complications during and after the procedure.
