Improving the nutritional status of children requires a combination of difference interventions. A randomized community - based intervention study conducted on 684 primary school children was given 19 micronutrients and minerals fortifed pure natural milk (360ml/day) to evaluate the effectiveness towards nutritional status. After 3 and 6 months of intervention were improved signifcantly anthropometric indicators: the difference in weight (p < 0.001); the difference in weight for age zscore
(WAZ), and BMI for age (BMIA) between the intervention and control groups (p < 0.001); Weight of the intervention group increased 1.10kg and 1.61kg compared to 0.84kg and 1.28kg in the control group after 3 and 6 months of intervention. Therefore, the intervention that use micronutrient fortifed pure natural milk in primary school children is appropriate, which
improving the anthropometric indicators and contribute to enhance the quality of school meals and make links between families and schools in the prevention of child malnutrition.
