The glucose control level reached the target and accounted for 51.8% and HbA1c was 50.4% (p < 0.05). After 6 months of treatment: The average value of the target indicators has decreased significantly, fasting plasma glucose test from 10.4 ± 2.79mmol/l to 7.03 ± 1.57mmol/l; HbA1c from 8.13 ± 0.98% to 6.73 ± 0.51 %; LDL-Cholesterol from 6,36 ± 1,29mmol/l to 5.19 ± 1.07mmol/l; Triglycerid from 2.95 ± 1.72mmol/l to 2.06 ± 0.91mmol/l (p < 0.05). Targeted blood glucose control reached 70.9% and HbA1c was 77.3% (p < 0.05).
